ieso Accessibility Statement

Introduction and our responsibilities to you

We prioritise accessibility and inclusivity when designing our products and services. We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality mental health support in a way that works for them.

Standards and our current compliance

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Our website and app is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA standard requirements.

Non-compliant content

Some documents are available in PDF format, and we will indicate where this is applicable.

Measures are in place to assist with accessibility needs

We design our products and services with accessibility and inclusivity in mind. At ieso, we work with qualified clinicians, therapists, and individuals with lived experience to enhance our services.

We have aimed to create our websites; iesohealth.com and iesogroup.com to be accessible to everyone, including those with visual, auditory, and motor impairments.

We aim to follow best practise that includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using a web font to ensure that all text is easy to read.

  • Provide appropriate alt tags for images to convey information effectively.

  • Ensure that navigation through our websites works consistently.

  • Do not use colour to convey information.

  • Avoid using images of text whenever possible and provide equivalent text links in the form of images.
